Good morning, well we have been asked about when in the world will be doing FB and Twitter...well FB is finally up and rolling...so please "Like" Us out there...not sure about Twitter...will work on that one soon!

    The page has a like from me too :) everyone in my real life already thinks I'm a crazy woman when I say I'm losing weight by eating more. They'll think I've completely lost the plot now lol

    I need to say that husband is 100% behind me with whole eating more thing. I don't want you to think that I have no support :)

    I've got a whole group running on Mumsnet (big parenting site in the UK) and it's been great being able to direct people to MFP - now I can direct them to FB too!
