Charcot Foot

I was wondering if anyone in the group has Charcot Foot. This makes losing weight very difficult, I have been told not to walk on the foot too much. Just wondered if anyone else has similar problems, or has a problem exercising? Thank you.

I don't know what that is but you could look into seated execise routines I know they are out there. Good luck0

maybe a rowing machine would work for you?0

Water aerobics? bicycling? Chair aerobics like sit and be fit? swimming? weight lifting?
I would also ask your dr. or physical therapist for suggestions.0
