Day 1!

Hi ladies!! Checking in to see how day 1 went for everyone!

Personally I enjoyed the routine-she really kicks your butt with the plank work. I think the routine was fairly easy to follow and after doing RI30 I can handle pretty much all the moves with no modifications-booyah!!

I torched 487 cals (hell yeah!!) and my thighs were screaming about 15 minutes afterwards! :drinker:

I'm already starting off terribly...I missed Day 1. I ended up working late and getting stuck in traffic. Fail...

I'm prepared to get it done this afternoon, though. I'm looking forward to a new workout!

I love her work out, and ladies you didn't really miss day one, you'll just do it a day longer this week than the rest of us :)

Exactly! Just get with the program today. :drinker:

I'm not doing KB&T 5-6 days a week...I've finally figured out that I get really bored doing the same workout every day of the week. So I'm doing KB&T on Monday and Thursday and 6w6p on Tuesday and Friday! Wednesday and Saturday will be my yoga days as I feel sooooo much better getting in a good yoga session during the week.

I don't hurt as much today as I thought I would! My thighs are sore and my buns hurt in some spots. My shoulders are wiped from all the plank work so I'm really glad I won't be targeting the same areas again today!

I'm mixing it up, too - I can't do consecutive days of KBT. I did KBT yesterday and did RI30 today and plan on doing 6w6p tomorrow and then I'll be back to KBT on either Thursday or Friday (depending on which day I decide to rest).

K Did mine today at lunch. I made myself do it even though I was running late. I really didn't feel it during but now that I am back at my desk and sitting in my chair I can feel it in my toosh!! I am going to have to sit on my ball I think! lol!

I just did my first day of 6w6p...my abs are soooo sore! I burned about 100 cals less then I did with KB&T but I'm hoping that will pick up once I can do a proper burpee and figure out how the heck to do a side plank...I've been practicing yoga for years and it still eludes me! Wonder if I don't have enough upper body strength?

It took me about 3 days to get used to the side plank when I did 6w6p. My upper body strength sucks
