Hitting a wall

Anyone else seeing NO inches lost??!!
Hey everyone - hope you're all keeping on keeping on. After 19 KBT workouts i decided to take measurements this morning. I've managed to lose 1/2 inch off my right thigh (both left and right are 20 inches now). Aside from being symmetrical now that is all I have lost - ANYWHERE! Frequency Question
How many days a week do y'all do KBT? I was going to alternate b/t it and RI30 so that I could work arms too, but I've been feeling KBT in my arms, so wondering if I should just stick to it 5 days/wk, with elliptical and zumba mixed in (and possibly just add some isolated arm movements on my own)....suggestions?
Are y'all going to continue?!?
I see this group is centered around June-July 1st, but there's not a group starting now. :sad: I've just completed RI30 and am ready to start KBT and want a group!! :smile: What are the plans for this group for the month of July?! Thanks! Z
