How many days of level 1 is everyone doing? I finished day 7 today and partly because it's Monday stuck with level 1, maybe level 2 tomorrow?

I couldn't get it done yesterday, came home from work and the bf was painting the ceiling so I had to clean up everything and than he wanted to go to the store and by the time we came home and ate and everything it was just too late. I carbed it up yesterday to to run and do level 2

Life happens girly!! I do consider mid-week cleaning a calorie burner.

I haven't been sleeping well the past few days so I'm waking up with zero energy which is not helping the workouts. Dinner is already prepped for tonight so all I have to do is pop it in the oven when I get home-I'm hoping with that being done to get in a longer workout.

my down fall was, the meat i took out only had 2 pieces in the bag, not 4......needless to say I needed another option for dinner which pissed me off. I buy in bulk and than split the packages up....don't know why I didn't mark it as only having 2....

started day 1 lvl 2 this a.m. and some of the moves felt a bit awkward! Hopefully tomorrow will be better but still a good workout! Good luck everyone.

For me it hurt worse then level 1. The moves were weird. I will have a better handle on it tomorrow I'm hoping. I really got to burning calories in level one I hope that I can do the same in this one! My butt and thighs are screaming though but It will be worth it! I hope! lol!

For those of you on week 2, should I watch it once before attempting it? I found this would have been helpful with RI30 (week 3) because there were so many "new" moves that I hadn't attempted before. So, how does it compare to week 1? I'm staying on week 1 for another week since I only do KBT 2-3x/week.

@hduston-When I did RI30 I found I was better able to do the first day of a new level if I watched it the day before. I haven't moved on to level 2 of KB&T yet but I do plan to watch it before I start if I have the time.

Def watch it first, I think level 2 has a little more yoga moves. Hell screaming lower body parts again, didn't miss you

Did level 1 this a.m. (burned a ton of calories) - I'll probably stick with it for the next week before moving to level 2 (I don't do KBT every day). I was sick last week so it feels great to get back on track!
