I exercise 30 mins 5/6 x week. Currently doing 2 x strength the rest some Jillian RI30/HIIT.

Think thats all I need.

Would be sooo grateful with some help please. I was one of the 1200 ish cals. Did start bulking, but got injured, but dont really know where I exactly need to be.

Just basically need to loose a little wobbleness and get some muscle.

    BMR 1253
    TDEE 1942

To gain muscle, your cal would be 2082.

    From the scooby calc.

Ok thanks alot for that. Will get back to eating that right now.

What happens if I miss a few workouts? Should I take the cals down?

    Thanks

I don't change my cals unless I were going to miss two consecutive weeks...it hasn't happened yet...lol.

oh ok then :) sounds great.

I have been off the last 9 days, eating rubbish and hardly working out. I put my cals down to about 1500/1700 becuase of that, just just turning flabby, probably because of not training.

Back to it tonite, so will up the cals to 1942. Thanks alot for your help x

I got measured yesterday and was told i was 5' 1 1/2. Does have an inch make any difference to cals?

I wouldn't worry about that 1/2 inch, I am up and down a half inch to 3/4 of an inch depending on who measures me. I have also heard that you can be taller at different times of the day, not sure if that is true, sounds crazy, but anyways, don't worry about it. Plus, I am not sure it would make a huge difference in the numbers anyways, you could plug it in and see. 20 calories either side of a number is really no biggie, IMO. It is the big picture and the averages over time that matter.
    Good luck with your bulking!
