well I@ve set them to 1742
Figures have been worked out as below
Worked out BMR at 1742
TDEE2091
20% reduction 1673

so am I doing it right now?
Going to struggle to eat all that but I'll give it a go

Not doing any exercise yet as have to work out when I'll have time

    I'm 5ft 7 220lbs
    I was trying to fit a bit of cardio in but with 2 kids and a not very supportive husband i've been struggling.
    was going to try doing 30day shred as its got some lifting in it but not going to get to a gym or anything like that.
    other than that i'm sitting on my big fat bum at a desk all day
