Self-Massage!

Finished W1D2 today and my legs/ankles were killing me! Running was ok except near the end it was getting painful because it felt like my lower legs were completely inflexible. For my next run I'm going to try to stretch and massage my legs before running to see if it helps loosen me up. I've had Plantar fasciitis before and I don't want it again!

Stretch after your warm up walk i add a further 5 min (10 total) to my warm up then stretch before my run also stretch after warm down and i also now do ice baths as im up to 10k0
