ChaLean Extreme questions...

So question....
New Rules of Lifting for Women suggests using these guidelines for calculating how many calories to eat each day:
Step 1: Found my weight in Kilograms
Take your weight and divide it by 2.2 = your weight in kilograms.
I weigh 117.5 lbs, so in kilograms I weigh 53.40 kg
Step 2: I calculated my Resting Metabolic Rate
I multiplied my weight in kilograms by 7.18
so 53.40*7.18 = 383.47
Now add 795
795+383.47 = 1178.47
We'll call that number X
Step 3: I then calculated my BMI
I used this chart: http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tbl.pdf
I am 61 inches and 117.5 lbs, so I am about a 22 BMI.
Now:
Since my BMI is 18-24.9:
Multiply X by:
On non-workout days: 1.6 = 1885
On workout days: 1.8 = 2121
My question is I am still trying to lose a little more body fat and I was wondering if I can just do a daily average of 1800 calories instead of changing my goals on MFP every day depending on IF I workout or not? Currently I am on the Push Phase of ChaLean Extreme...
I was eating 1900 calories everyday regardless of wether or not I worked out (following fat2fit.com) and I have been maintaining within a few ounces and not losing. Well, maybe I was losing inches but I don't know because unfortunately I never did any measurements:grumble: ......Any suggestions on a good number that I could stick to everyday and lose---I am horrible at calculations. SO, I was already eating 15 calories over (twice a week) on non-workout days according to NROL4W....
Also is this NET calories? I really need to buy the book:laugh: ...

I just replied to your other post - but during Stage 1 I did the nonworkout and workout days tracking calories. It's too much effort for my liking, so after Stage 1 I just use the nonworkout amount (1800) and try to stick to that every day since I still want to lose about 10 lbs and I wasn't losing anything eating at maintenance. I think you would be fine to eat the same amount every day.0
