This is great a 40's group, its nice to be able to relate to people who are in my age group , this site is great and I look forward to meeting new people and logging in everyday for the motivation from everyone's story.

yes I really like this group. Really nice getting to know people 40 and over. for i'll be 46 next week. it's so hard to lose weigh. Lately I haven't been so strict with myself. I've been the same for weigh for about 3 weeks. What is good about that i'm not gaining.0
