    Grrr.... this scale is really ticking me off. I took my measurements yesterday. At least the inch loss department is looking a whole lot better than the weight loss department. Now, to get that gosh darn scale to move!

    Okay, @115perfection, so I had to copy and paste your notes on the acronyms because I get easily confused. I would start making things up like CSW: Chinese Stirfry Wok'd; yes please! :)

    I'm posting it here as well as in the spreadsheet. I would like to give a huge shout-out to @PBsMommy for making sure our information is in the spreadsheet! You rock! I was going to update my information in the spreadsheet from last week, but PBsMommy beat me to it! I think it's a lot more organized there too, and gives you the 'answers' for some of the values to fill in here :)

    I would have lost a couple more pounds but my sodium was super high yesterday and it is that lovely time of the month! Grrrr sometimes I don't like being a girl. Next week should be better as I am adding TurboJam to my 30 Day Shred program.

    Slightly disappointing numbers. Guess I will have to rethink my strategy. Currently I am alternating doing the 30 Day Shred (today will be Level 2 Day 5) and 5 km on the elliptical. I try to exercise 5 to 6 days per week. Maybe I'm eating back too many of my exercise calories? I guess I should be glad I didn't gain with a birthday party yesterday and BBQs all weekend. :) I will see what next week brings.
