Hi! I joined myfitnesspal a couple of days ago and was excited to find an Empty Nesters group. It took me awhile to accept that my kids were grown and out on their own, but now I'm excited to do all the things I've been waiting to do. One of those things is to carve out time to get in shape! I do very well with nutrition, but finding the motivation to workout, does not come easily. Anyway, I look forward to "meeting" all of you.
