meds before blood work?

I am due to have more bloodwork done for my thyroid, but who takes their Armour Thyroid before the blood is drawn? someone mentioned to me that if I take it before, the tests will be a bit out of wack. What do others think? Any help would be great!

I've seen it suggested before, to wait till after the test.

As someone that's dealt with this since puberty, I've heard it both ways! My main two endos over my life said NOT to take the pill at all before bloodwork. Recently, I was told by a doctor working with me on my adrenal issues that you should take it four hours before bloodwork. I've done both, and my levels didn't turn out much different (but then again, I have issues with them, so they would probably manifest as "bad" either way). Check with your doctor, and run both options by him/her.

I take my Nature-Throid very early in the morning so I try to schedule my blood work in the late afternoon. My doctor says it's ok, but to skip taking it if I have to do the test early.
