Feel AWESOME! Today is week 3 day 2 of c25k, but instead of following the program (run 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes - 2 times through)...I decided just to see how far I could go. I ran 8 minutes (1/2 mile), walked 3.5 minutes, ran 5 minutes, walked 3.25 minutes, ran 3 minutes, then did a cool off walk. NEVER in my life have I run for an entire 1/2 mile non-stop. It wasn't the fastest, but I tell you what...I can definately tell my endurance is builing up! Yeay!

That was in the back of my mind the entire time. I've been nervous about week 4 and having to run 5 minutes at a crack. That's why I wanted to see how I could do!0
