Hello,
I do the weighted part of the workouts and run for my cardio. What would you think about doing w/o 1 & 2 back to back? As you are using different muscles and I woudl take a day off between them.
thoughts?

It's not really how the program is designed to be done (doing the work outs back to back) but I guess you could do it. Probably wouldn't see the same results. It's probably better to space them out though, one each day.
It might be doable for the early work outs but for later ones like 7 and 8, I can't see it being a good idea as the exercises/videos are really intense and at the end I just want to crawl in bed and whine. They are very hard.
I'm not really sure why you'd want to do it in this fashion (please, mention why because I'm curious). It'd take more time out of your day to do the two videos back to back.
If you're having difficulties right now with soreness, it's best to push on through the best you can and remember that the next day (so let's say you're sore from WO1) you won't be working those sore muscles and instead you'll be working other muscles, and then those new muscles plus the ones that could be still sore from WO1 will get a break on your Cardio day. You should have enough time to get over the soreness but if not, it's always an option to take your rest day early and just work out on your originally planned rest day.0 -
I was thinking the same thing about the later workouts. I'm finding w/o 1 and 2 fairly easy. Maybe I'll try it and see how things go. The reason being was that I run more days than the cardio calls for but wanted to get the workouts in. Thanks for the reply.0

Weeks 3&4 are way more challenging then weeks 1&2! Just hang in there, it gets "better"0

I moved on to week 3 last night and you are correct it was harder. So I doubt doing 2 back to back would be reasonable.0

Have you considered running and doing a video on the same day. During my malf training I had to double up one day. I ran in the morning and did BR after work.
Personally I would not do two BR's in one day.0
