What should I do?

I think I have been underestimating my calorie burns. Thus causing me to possibly be under eating. I am going to not exercise until my new FT4 comes Tomorrow or Friday. So should I A: Eat at my cut 2290 or B: Eat at my BMR 1847 the next couple days with no exercise?

    If you are only not working out for a couple of days, I would just eat around your Cut target. Your body will take longer to adapt to no exercise so you are fine :)
