Hey just new to this thing and need lots and LOTS of motivation as I'm losing more and more daily :( Tend to eat alot more than my food diary says (and my waistline haha) but living at home for the summer so literally sitting on my couch all day doing nothing= no appetite!!! probably a good thing but getting tempted by all the choc biscuits around me haha
