NROLFW nutrition plan

Im just finishing reading NROLFW and i read/saw recently this group came about from Lucia reading a review on NROLFW. Im curious tho if there is a reason why their nutrition plan isnt the recommended one on here? Im eating 2343 at the moment which is TDEE-15%...going by NROLFW i would be eating 2300 on workout days and 1900 on non workout days and i must confess eating less on non workout days does seem to make sense....but dont think ive seen a post on this before? Not planning to change....but just curious?

    I did almost 3 months eating my cut value daily.. - no complaints.
    I'm just about finished my stage 1 of NROLFW...
    and i thought i'd give their way a try and see how it goes..

    In only on day 2 of new rules way.. haha.

    I believe that the reason is because so many of us have come from a very inconsistent background that we need to give our bodies time to trust again and the way to do that the fastest is to give it a consistent amount of food every day. I would think after a person does the reset and starts to cut if they prefer to follow NROLFW's way of doing it that would be fine because after 8 weeks at maintenance your body should trust you by that point.
