Or maybe I broke myself. Either way 6 minutes into today's workout (cardio 3) I hurt my knee to the point I'm now on crutches. Possibly tore my meniscus, but need to get an MRI done to know for sure. Needless to say I will not be revolutioning with y'all for awhile. I'm really really bummed about it, especially since I was halfway through week 10 and couldn't wait to see what my end results would be. But I'll be back at it, probably start at the beginning again as soon as my knee can handle it. :(

    Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope your knee mends itself soon so you can go back to exercising. I hurt my knew a while back and had to do physical therapy for 2 months with no additional exercise. I was so bummed ! Maybe take your measurements and photos know so you can see how far you've come in 10.5 weeks?
