Calling all SB and Atkins people I need help!

Hello all. I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer too. So therefore I am asking for you help. I am on phase 1 of South Beach so my calorie count is not as high as normal. Yesterday it was about 986 cal. I know on South Beach you don't count calaroies however I also work out and yesterday I burned 1120 calories. So I was wanding were this is phase one am I doing to much exercise for this phase. I am following it very well I think with the low carbs I don't feel hungry or anything so is this not a good thing?

I had the same concern when I started Atkins. My doc told me as long as I feel satisfied and have the energy for my workouts, to keep on as I am since it obviously works for my body. I'd encourage you to talk to your doctor, just because every body is different from the next.0

I did atkins and lost 30 pounds my workouts slower a tiny bit during induction..now im on SBD since Monday and lost 430 lbs I workout like I normally do ...listen to ur body0
