freshly squeezed juice

I am confused and would like some guidance from the low carber forums please.
When I make freshly squeezed juice, the pulp gets thrown into the collector bucket behind the machine while the liquid juice pours from the front.
So when I am logging...say a whole beetroot went in...Do I log 1 beetroot ( with it's carb count) or has it got no carbs now it's juice?
I'm thinking as even milk has carbs there must still be carbs there- but how to count them has me puzzled. Carbs in the natural sugars are present.... do I just subtract the fibre count? Is that accurate?
Can anyone help me work this out?

Kym, fruit and vegetable juices are going to be too high in carbs for the needs of most low-carbers. So, you may not get a lot of responses.
My guess is, the pulp that your juicer separates from the juice is likely to be high in fiber and low in calories. So, one way you could log it is to log the raw fruit or vegetable and ignore that you're juicing it. In doing so, you'll slightly overstate the calories and carbs. But, that'll likely suit your needs.0 -

If low carbing you really want to avoid juicing. You're throwing away the fiber that counteracts the sugars in the foods, even vegtables. It's like pouring a big glass of nothing but carbs. Eat the fruit or veggies and you'll be much better off.0
