    Howdy Kentish folks! Been using MFP for 5 months... Only just found the groups section. Tipped he scales at 140 over Christmas, then decided to change! Going well so far... 10kg from 7kg from target.

    I am Paul from Ashford. 56 in January and looking to lose quite a few kilos in 2014.

    Hi all, My name is Bernie, and I live near Canterbury. Been using MFP for 265 days according to my streak :) I have lost 63 lbs and am at my goal weight. I am working on improving my BF%. I workout 5 times a week, mostly strength training/weights. Currently having some health issues which has impacted my exercise regime but I am looking forward to getting back to it next week.
