I want to go for a run but Tonbridge park is a lake , or is it the hangover from my sons birthday stopping me

    Take flippers and a snorkel and go for a swim instead. If you cannot stand the thought of that then it's your hangover and you gotta swallow a couple of painkillers and tough up!

    Well done, I would however be more impressed if you had done the hour run with the flippers and snorkel. Guarantee you would get your 15 mins of fame on Meridian news if you were not arrested or beaten senseless.
