Hi all,

Dumb question, but where do I find more detailed info about EM2WL? I understand the basics of it and that it is not a "plan" but is there an article or something that gets you started on your first few days?

    Hey Kelly,

    Welcome! Check out all the stickies we have. (We are in the process of reorganizing them at the moment). I know it seems like a lot of info, but they have links to articles and the "whys" and what not. I would start with the FAQ thread, then move onto the what is BMR thread.
