    The workouts are important because we are all about building lean muscle and losing fat. Particularly strength training is important. However that might be something that you can work on at a later date.

    The key thing is to choose the right activity level for your weight/height/age.

    Hello! In the end, not really. However you will see greater success with working out, as you can build in greater calorie deficits to lose weight faster. Not to mention weightlifting, especially for women, transforms your body.

    What we say is this group is about eating more than your BMR but less then your TDEE. You can calculate this for a sedentary, no exercise lifestyle and still have a built in deficit and lose weight, just slowly.

    I'm a firm believer in the concept that weight loss happens in the kitchen and fitness/health happens in the gym.
