Vitamins/Supplements?

Do people take vitamins and supplements? If so, which ones? I've been taking a Centrum women's health multivitamin and recently added in a B12 pill ('to increase energy metabolism!') but I can't feel any difference.

What vitamins do you take? I read something about a 'papaye' or 'papaya' supplement to help with bloating...? I thought? Or did I make that up? I've spent hours reading through these forum posts and they've all started to kind of run together ;)

    krealkalyn (creatine) before and after workouts
    BCAAs (in a water bottle during.workouts)
    whey protein.after weights
    estrosense for "women issues
    optiwomen multi
    CLA
    Fish oil

    I take a multi-vitamin, probiotics and omega 3 fish oil capsules. that's about it.
    (oh and I do use protein shakes/bars.....)

    I am trying supplements - right now I have Women's Omega Ultra from GNC for Joint and Active. I can't seem to get enough potasium in my diet. :(

    Prenatal vitamins and protein shakes...that's all for now. I try to get most of what I need in my diet but I AM guilty of not enough veggies.
