    I worked out using scooby

    BMR 1413
    TDEE 2191

Daily calories you need to use with the 20% cut is 1752

    Okay...this is what I get for u:

    Tdee - 2301
    Bmr - 1484
    20% cut - 1841
    15% cut - 1956

Please note that we really recommend the 15% cut as it guarantees a more longterm weight loss. Might take a bit longer but u will keep it off. The closer u get to goal weight the smaller ure cut should be.
I dare say u are not too far off from goal weight.
Every 5lbs u lose, u need to recalculate ure numbers.
Go manually change ure macros to: 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. Make sure u get all ure protein in, its very important.

Good luck and dont hesitate to ask questions! :flowerforyou:

You should use the more accurate calculator http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator :)

Polza - for that you need body fat % Thats the only difference otherwise it doesnt help using that one.

I've been using it without body fat and already shifted 5lbs with it. The body fat section is optional :)

I leave as default, which i think is the Mifflin-St one.. I don't touch the optional options, just the top 6 questions :)

Hi there and welcome to the group. There are alot of online calculators out there, but we generally recommend the scooby one. The main thing is to stick to a calorie goal and be consistent. If you have been eating a VLCD for a very long time you may want to consider a metabolism reset (see sticky on videos for more information). Also, we don't recommend more than a 15% cut unless you have more than 100 pounds to lose. So you want to be eating around 1950 calories per day, roughly.

Hope that clears up some of the confusion!
