So after 2 weeks of eating around 1200-1400 calories (BMR 1578)...I only lost 0 lbs!!! I'm eating protien and whole foods...cut out alcohol, basically I'm doing EVERYTHING "they" tell you to do and nothing.

So I've read, planned, and prepared...today I will net (TDEE-15%)1600. Eating this way for 4 weeks at least...even if I see the scale go up.

    "luck" isn't part of the equation :) just figure out your numbers and if you got them right, you will see results :)

    After the first week maybe of bloat you will love how much more energy you have!! Welcome aboard!

    Thanks...needing more luck that I don't freak out over bloat and weight gain...after eating this way for a few years this will be hard to not go crazy either mentally or through eating the wrong foods/bingeing
