What to do when you plateau?

Hi ladies-
I started my weight loss journey at 152 lbs. I lost seven before one of my friends told me about MFP and have lost another seven lbs since joining the sight. I have been stuck here now for a solid week. I am sticking to the guidelines and excerising everyday in some way, shape or form. I tend to only log "real" exercises like my jogging or hiking. Playing ball with the kids, our daily walks on our property, trips to the playground, etc, I do not log. I also waitress/bartend three to five days a week as well. Having an active lifestyle never was the problem, it was the pop and eatting at work that put the lbs on me. I cut out the pop & have been bringing my own food to work.
As someone who overcame an ED as a high school student, I do not want to be tempted to resort back to unhealthy habits. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

some plateu-breaking techinques are callorie cycling (basically eating 1200 one day then 1800 the next to fool your metabolism into high-gear) and increasing the intensity in your exercises
honestly what worked for me was just being patient persistant and stubborn. Sometimes your body falls into a plateu to get adjusted to the new weight. They usually last for 4-6 weeks0 -
bump this thread. know the feeling and in the same situation myself.0
