So I did my hike this morning

92 flights of stairs
832ft Elevation change

1107 calories burned.

And I said it was gun show time, even though they suck lol!

    Actually ...... My patellar tendon hurts just looking at that hill. Awesome. But ...you do need to work on those guns. Just sayin ; )

    Awesome!...and you having a hat on reminds me I should put on sunscreen since I am getting a late start this morning.

    I was trying to round up someone at the bar last night to go on a sunrise hike with me but for some reason nobody wanted to! :tongue:

    So I did a little hiking before my beach walk yesterday. This is the first time I am posting pics so I hope it works!

    Maybe next time, when I with someone to take a pic of me! Ha but I only have barbie weights right now, besides using my own body weight for dips.

    Mike, do you have a carry permit for those guns? :laugh: I took a hike with about that same elevation a few months ago and my calves protested for 3 days.
