Favourite/most hated kettleworx exercise

I generally hate the cardio section of the 6 week program, but I wondered what your favourite/most hated Kettleworx exercises are?

I hate baseball catcher heel raises! I find the whole position really uncomfortable and I've no idea what the benefit it.

My favourite is the gunslinger as I can really feel it in my arms but without getting out a breathe (and I can pretend I'm Clint Eastwood)!

I have a love/hate relationship with skier squats. They absolutely kill but I know that means it's working and I can already see a difference in my thighs.

What about you?

    Hi!

    I get a great burn from KettleWorX. It's insane how good of a workout I get in just 20 minutes!

    I personally enjoy the gun slinger as well. It's a lot of fun. I also like the lawn mower.

    The one I like the least is probably the pushups with the one arm on the kettlebell. It's effective but challenging. hehe.
