So I started EM2WL way back in april. Then May 22 I started NROL4W. I realized today that my step ups have gone from 45lbs to 90lbs! Whoa! Also while I was lifting today two women came up to me and said how impressed they were with such a "petite" woman lifting so much weight. Let me back track a little, in 2.5 years Ive lost 85 lbs, I dont have the "Im fat" mentality anymore but I would never describe myself as "petite". So f'ing awesome! Anyway I wanted to share with all my online weight loss friends/healthy lifestyle friends. Have a gorgeous sunday/father's day!
