Today is the completion of 8 weeks of EM2WL for me.
I am starting NROLFW tomorrow and thought this would be a good time to take some measurements and STEP ON THE SCALE!!

So I did.

I gained 8 pounds. I stared at it and thought "OK, this is where I am, this is what was supposed to happen."

I wrote it down and came here to "officially" log it here and tell all of you about it.

I am honestly almost moved to tears because I got on the scale, saw the result and felt NOTHING!

Something BIG is happening here folks and I am glad to be a part of it!

Thats so good to hear. I am excited about seeing your updates.
When you move past the controlling fear that often surrounds weight issues its a revelation.

Love it! Someone else used the term 'liberation' recently and I love that too - I also think that once it becomes no issue, the weight comes off naturally, as all the stress around it has fallen away! :)

Nice!! I'm right there with ya - upped the calories a month ago and while I've gained a few pounds - I'm down almost an inch in my waist and hips.

What a great attitude! It's just a number and you are SO much more than that! Now you are at the beginning of the rest of your life!

Something big is going on! Now don't step on the scale again for a long long time... Best of luck in our journey.
