I think this is a great idea!!!
I am new to MFP and so far I think it is great with all the support and kindness I have seen here. I don't have many people around me for support or to walk/ exercise with.
I am all in for the July challenge! It is perfect for me seeing as I have some medical problems right now and can't do all the other challenges I have seen with heavy aerobics and exercising and such- walking is perfect for me right now!

I think starting small is the perfect way to go! Walking is also a great form of getting your body moving!0
