Had another good day today - and being part of this group inspired me to do another 90 minute taekwondo session. I managed to get my 13 year old to go with me (she hasnt gone for 6 months). Its great that kids and adults are in the same class in martial arts - and we have to call the black belt kids Mr or Mrs and their surname. Respect is due to achivement not age.
