Father's Day

Hey everyone! I new to this group. Recently I have been doing well with my emotional eating but I lost my dad about 7 years ago and with this weekend being father's day weekend I did AWFUL! I feel like I have not stopped eating to the point that I made myself tired and I just feel gross!! We are all entitled to some days where we aren't our best. I guess my hope is that in posting this here that I will hold myself accountable for my actions and start fresh tomorrow... Any tips for success in these situations in the future would be greatly appreciated!
