1 week in to eating more

Well I am officially 1 week into upping my calories...the scale has me discouraged but I just did my measurements and they are going down which is what is good. I last measured on 5/25 and since then I have lost 1.5 inches in the waist 1.0 in the hips and .75 in the right thigh...the arms and left thigh have not changed...

Just thought I would check in :smile:

    WOW great job!

    The measurements are the most important thing, well at least more important than the scale. But even more important is how you're feeling.

  • I am up 2lbs from increasing the calories but hopefully those 2 will find there way off and many more with time.....
