I'm not sure which activity level to choose

I am using the scooby site and trying to
figure out my numbers.

I exercise 5 days a week for 40-50 mins. Right now I'm either running intervals, doing an insanity DVD, or doing CLX. I typically burn between 300-400 cals per workout (per hrm)

Should I use light (1-3 hrs) or moderate (5 hrs)?

Age 32
5'7
Cw 140
GW 132-135

    If you are using the scooby site, then go with the moderate (3-5 hrs). That should get you in the right range. :smile:

    I totall agree with jyska above...Moderate sounds like what you are doing....Don't forget to eat your cut everyday - Even the days that you don't exercise...

    You would also be moderate (3-5 hr) range. (total minutes (240) divided by min/hour (60) = 4 hrs.) :smile:
