I'm giving today's post a date instead of a day and level, since it seems like we're all at different places now.

I had days off last Tuesday and Thursday due to my schedule. I shredded Wednesday and Friday. Saturday I did an hour of Zumba with my SIL. Yesterday I was back to the shred. That makes tonight my 10th day of actual shred video, so I'll move on to level 2 tomorrow. I'm a bit intimidated by the idea, but also excited. Level 1 is definitely much easier for me now.

I was a little disheartened when I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 1lb up from last week's weigh in. BUT, my clothes feel better, and I don't see anything in my food journal that would account for a gain, so I am not going to stress too much about it. I am more interested with how my body looks and feels than what the scale says, anyway.

    :happy: hi! ive read lots of people put on some weight initially on this level then it comes off in level 3. my clotehs feel and look baggier and ive lost a bit of that post birth belly 2" so far so im thrilled with that, keep going your doing well! i have one more day on level 1 to complete then onto scary level 2 eek!
