I have been doing a lot of reading on the idea of eating more and have decided to take the plunge. However, I'm not really sure about the activity level. I tend to only do about 2 hours of actual cardio a week and am slowly getting into weight training. According to my FitBit, I only average around 8700 steps so should I put lightly active?

Or you could use your sedentary TDEE and log exercises accordingly. Thats what I did0

I would choose lightly active on the scoobysworkshop calculator for now.0
