Saw C25K and just had to try it out.

So I've been attempting to get back into shape for quite some time and always quit on myself for every reason under the sun. But I saw this program and its very simple guide to beginning and figured what the hell. I'm just coming in from my first attempt ever at jogging, I went for about 2 miles with 30 seconds worth of jogging and 90 seconds of walking. I just wanted to start with something that was a bit comfortable and it worked. I'm covered in sweat and feeling amazing. Hoping to keep at it so I guess that means I'll see you guys later.

    Its a great program! I'm on week 9 day 2 and didn't think I would ever get here. I love it because it takes the guess work out of what your doing and you can measure your progress every week and the program progresses!
