So I've been attempting to get back into shape for quite some time and always quit on myself for every reason under the sun. But I saw this program and its very simple guide to beginning and figured what the hell. I'm just coming in from my first attempt ever at jogging, I went for about 2 miles with 30 seconds worth of jogging and 90 seconds of walking. I just wanted to start with something that was a bit comfortable and it worked. I'm covered in sweat and feeling amazing. Hoping to keep at it so I guess that means I'll see you guys later.

Its a great program! I'm on week 9 day 2 and didn't think I would ever get here. I love it because it takes the guess work out of what your doing and you can measure your progress every week and the program progresses!0
