Hey guys and gals!
I just thought I'd post up to see how everyone's weekend was? Did anyone have any "Ah Ha" moments? Any NSV's (Non-Scale Victorys) you want to share? Just thought I'd put it out there.

    Definitely a NSV to share! I've had two people at the gym compliment me on weight loss in a week's time! Makes my day!

    That's a great NSV! Congrats!!! It just goes to show that you're hard work and dedication isn't going unnoticed.

    I had a bit of an NSV. I was able to comfortably wear a pair of shorts today to do yardwork in them and didn't curse about them being too tight. (Last summer I would've gone and put on jeans instead of continuing on in them!)

    Congrats! That's a great nsv! I love fitting back into clothes that were a little too snug when I started losing weight!
