Impact Excercise and Loose Skin

Hi there
Almost 10 years Post Op RNY. I had the full tummy tuck 8 years ago so I have a pretty tight tummy.
My problem is my hips, butts, and legs. I don't have enough loose skin to qualify for surgery so I am left with loose but thick skin. It's hard to describe BUT it hurts when I do jumping jacks, run, or anything with impact. It's like my skin hurts when having to go "up and down." If it was thin skin, I would just tuck it in. It's thick and floppy.
I don't even know if that makes sense. Looking for ideas on how to contain while I excercise so I can do more.

Yeah I would totally wear an exercise girdle.0

I'm starting to face this issue as well and I haven't had any plastic surgery. My knees are shot though, so I have to avoid impact exercise anyway. I skip the jumping jacks and will do squats or something in place of those in a workout routine. A compression sleeve or girdle is probably the only solution if you want to keep doing those exercises. Good luck!0

I got capri tights from Wal Mart- Sweet Nothings brand. They hold my jiggly legs in place when I exercise.
