Started Stage 1 today

I started Stage 1 with Workout A today. Is anyone else with me?
I enjoyed it. I feel it and it didn't take me forever. I had to find another place to do the seated row because someone snuck in on me while I was doing my pushups and, well, he just stayed there. I should have asked to cut in but I didn't. Anywho... I'm looking forward to Wednesday's workout!

    Congratulations on getting started. I'm a few weeks away from finishing Stage 1. (I want to take the week of July 4th off, so I'm doing Stage 1 until then, and then I'll move on to Stage 2.)

    I'm seeing great results and am getting much more comfortable working out amongst the guys in the free weight room. It makes me crazy when one of them camps out on the equipment I need forever, but I'm not quite brave enough to go over and demand to work in. I've found that sometiems my workouts are not perfect according to the plan, and sometimes I substitute something. I've made a few modifications to make the workout my own, and it seems to be working for me.

    According to the book, you can substitute bent over rows for the seated row if you need to.

    I know the feeling! I will do my second workout today (Workout B, Stage 1). I will probably end up going over to the gym close to lunch time, so I hope it isn't too busy.
