So i've been eating at 1889 for like 2 weeks now and i'm doing good during the week if I can get there! Some days I'm doing good to eat my BMR. Like tonight, after I ate dinner I was under my BMR still and neede almost 200 cals to get over that. I wasn't exactly hungry, but I mixed up a protein shake so I hit atleast my BMR. Sheesh! Now I know last friday I went over we went out for dinner and dinner was almost impossible to calorie count. At home during the week when I cook 90% of the time it takes a ton of food to get there.

    Peanut butter and jelly sammiches will dominate your calories. I eat 2 a day...they are not too filling and pack in 425 calories a pop:)
