Hello All
I'm starting this book again. I've now started it three times. Both of the other times I've gotten to a point where I had to stop and ask God for the strength to go on. She hit all the spots for me. Wanting to do it my way instead of God's way and of course the old "I can handle this, I don't need God to get involved here".
Today she shared 1 Corinthians 10:23 All things are permissible, but not everything is beneficial. This has really struck me. In all the diet books it says eat this or eat that. But honestly, you can eat anything you want to, it's a matter of eating only those things that are beneficial.
I really love this group. There isn't anwhere else on MFP that I could post this!
