One month in and.........

Totally bummed! 2 kg weight gain and no inches lost.....started the gym around the same time. 4-6 days a week, 30 mins cardio and 20 mins weight training.....

Feeling like this is not working for me, my eating has not been great for the last week but other than that I try to eat clean.

Any help out there ??

    It is too early to come to that conclusion
    You have changed many things at the same time. You started to up your cals and you are working out. Your body needs time to adjust to the new circumstances. Give it a few more weeks and then evaluate again.
    Are you eating at your cut or at your TDEE?
