HELLO! there is a "Cathletes" board but it doesn't look very active so i thought id turn to all of you smarty-pants with this random question:

I'm about to start Muscle Max (um, like TONIGHT, FINALLY!) She has a few pre-mixes available and im just wondering how to organize them if im short on time. an hour isn't always an option and the "timesaver" is still 52 minutes! so if i alternate upper & lower body workouts, can i do them back to back days since they arent the same muscle groups? and would you still recommend limiting this workout video to 3 days a week max?

does any of that make sense? im excited to start, i reviewed it a little last night and WOW, Cathe's body is 100% muscle!
