Which number should I use?

Recently had my BF% redone via Bod Pod. With most formulas my TDEE was calculated at around 2000. When my BF% was factored in, it lowered my TDEE to 1820. That is quite a difference and since I am wanting to maintain my current stats, should I use the calculation (Scooby) that was based with my BF included? Maintenance is scary! I have been relatively ok with maintenance so far, but I have noticed some fluctuations here and there on my weekly weigh in's causing me to consider doing a reset soon.

    Hello,

If you are at your goal/lower BF% then the Katch-McCardle method will work for you and would go by that one. This generally only works when you are close to goal/low BF% as it only takes into account lean muscle mass.

If it was me I would go by it based on the above criteria.

Thank you! I figured that would be the case and something I will probably need to test out. I just don't want to lose anymore and I surely don't want to gain.
