So if I need 1920 (BMR) for my body to function right, then MFP settings takes me down to -500 a day to 1420, then i work out ( -213) and that takes me down to, 1207 then this is where/why I need to eat more. My body will not function right if I am at that low calorie setting? ( these are MFP settings NOT Scooby's)
So I really hope I figured this right. LOL
Scooby's are- BMR 1579, TDEE 2171 and -20% = 1736 so if i set MFP at 1736, which increases my cals by 529 and still work out everyday, i should still lose not feel hungry or sluggish??
Someone please tell me this is correct.

Hello,
The scooby numbers are what I would go by. If you use Scooby numbers, you set your goal as 1736. Also this number factors in exercise calories so you do not eat them back (unless you go below your BMR, and then only eat back the calories to bring you to your BMR).
Hope this helps.

Thanks, that's what I meant to say LOL With Scooby number's the "eating back" part is already there.0
